Port Authority of New York & New Jersey
About the client
Founded in 1921, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is a self-supporting interstate agency that keeps the region moving by air, land, rail, and sea. It operates five airports, including JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Liberty, along with the George Washington Bridge, the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, the PATH rail system, the Port of New York and New Jersey, and the World Trade Center.
What we did
In August 2025 the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey awarded Broadview a five-year, task-order contract for IT staff augmentation on its enterprise reporting program. When the Authority identifies a staffing need, Broadview recruits, screens, and places qualified professionals against defined service levels.
We staff data engineering, business intelligence, and Power Platform roles, from ETL and Power BI developers to BI and data architects and Cognos specialists. Every candidate is assessed against the role's technical requirements before submission, and every placement meets the Authority's background check, security, and insurance requirements.

BDF Law Group
About the client
BDF Law Group represents lenders and other creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and litigation matters, with attorneys across ten states and its main office in Addison, Texas. Alongside representation, the firm provides back-end services such as document delivery and management.
What we did
The firm's staff were re-entering case milestones by hand: each time a step was completed in BDF's case management system, someone had to record it again in the mortgage servicing platform its clients require.
Broadview assessed the workflow, then built secure integration middleware between the two systems. Incoming requests are signature-verified, invalid ones are rejected, and every transaction is written to an audit log. On that foundation we built a milestone sync pipeline that updates the servicing platform automatically, with deduplication so the same step is never submitted twice.
We also designed the next layer: AI-assisted completion of servicer data forms, built so that a BDF reviewer approves every answer until accuracy is proven, with every decision logged.
