ETL / Data Warehouse Developer

Broadview Technical Solutions is placing an ETL / Data Warehouse Developer to design, build, and support data warehouse and ETL processes within an enterprise Cognos and Power Platform environment. You will work closely with reporting and DBA teams to maintain data integrity and optimize pipeline performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support ETL processes and data warehouse solutions using SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and custom scripts for SQL Server environments.
• Monitor and maintain ETL jobs to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with reporting and DBA teams on query performance tuning and optimization.
• Support Azure-based data platforms including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, and Azure Pipelines.
• Resolve data issues and system problems independently; maintain data integrity across all interfaces.
• Produce technical documentation and provide training on new functionality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting data warehouse and ETL processes.
• Strong experience with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Proficient in complex T-SQL; experience with custom scripting for ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure data platform services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Pipelines).
• Experience with Cognos BI, Power BI, or Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications preferred.

Compensation: $60-$70/hr
